GBMade a £400 withdrawal and within 10… Made a £400 withdrawal and within 10 mins my account is blocked for verification, even though I've had a previous withdrawal. Already waited the 72 hours for this check to take place and been advised it can take another 48 hours. Logged a complaint but cant speak to anyone in complaints team, just people in customer service with poor english

GBIt's a spam company It's a spam company. I receive postal mail to an old address (forwarded on to my new address) at which I've not lived for 4 years. I started receiving this mail about 6 months ago. What a waste of paper, the environment and what a disgusting practice to dig up addresses which must be from some unknown database that people clearly didn't know they signed up for somewhere from over 4 years ago and start spamming people. I assume this also includes addicts that without warning will start to receive mail through their door, which is probably very difficult to ignore.

GBBeen trying to withdraw money Been trying to withdraw money, 1st time having this issue the live chat people are useless and blame everyone else for the problem, been told its a banking issue 10 times in a chat like I haven't already checked. definitely the worst gaming app I've played on

GBGreat site with loads of popular games… Great site with loads of popular games with options to play in demo mode as well. Had a win recently and got the dreaded response of "account needs to be verified" when I requested a withdrawal so was expecting a long and drawn out wait for the payout.
