Total SCAM Went to an event to find my will call tix was non-existent. Yup - total scam. How do these things continue to happen? I'm so hating the way our world has forced us to use this way of getting things done then it turns on us. This is a perfect example. The place acted like it was no big deal too - happens alot because of people that use their talents to do such things - such a shame.

Worst customer service I purchased tickets through TicketWeb but was never sent the tickets. I called but received no answer so ended up emailing back and forth several times. They say that they have no record of the purchase so I sent them a screenshot of my credit card statement. Then they said all sales are final. So they said there’s no record of a sale, yet they charged my card, never sent me the tickets, and will not refund my money. Horrible customer service. There’s no option for zero stars otherwise that’s what I would give them. Scam artist company.

Check with the venue first. Save yourself a headache and try to purchase at the venue box office if you can. Help is non-existent, when you attempt to email, it causes a security warning because ticketweb's certificates have not been updated. Their website absolutely sucks and doesn't appear to have any regular maintenance.

Lying and Scamming Had tickets for a show and then COVID happened. Wasn't able to attend the reschedule in April 2021. Was explicitly told to tear tickets, reply with confirmation code in the subject by XXX date. Replied a week earlier and have been trying to get a refund since...despite this whole documented back and forth, they continue to say I can't get a refund. At this point I'm simply following up monthly to remind them they are lying to customers.

Protecting scammers I purchased tickets for an event that turned out to be fraudulent, because the name of the event and poster were stolen from an unaffiliated company. Ticketweb's "no refund" policy also protects scammers.
