Fake tickets Fake tickets. Spent $120 per ticket so $240 for a concert which was legit but once tickets were purchased the venue location and even changed for some reason. Turned away at door… such a bad experience. Screw this website do not buy here always buy from venue. Lesson learned….

I ordered my tickets about two weeks… I ordered my tickets about two weeks ago and they keep telling me that there is a hold on my tickets a week prior to the concert. Well, it is a week prior to my concert and now they are telling me that there is a hold on my tickets three days before the concert and after seeing all the reviews I’m really scared that they screwed me over.

Was scared to buy from these guys at first Was scared to buy from these guys based on other reviews but the band insta linked me there and so did ticket Master so I took a risk. Got my tickets within a few seconds I think as long as you don't mess up your email you should be be good only reviewing so the average person doesn't go to stubhub and pay 5x the price to feel safer

Check with the venue first. Save yourself a headache and try to purchase at the venue box office if you can. Help is non-existent, when you attempt to email, it causes a security warning because ticketweb's certificates have not been updated. Their website absolutely sucks and doesn't appear to have any regular maintenance.

Totally fraudulent ! Ordered tickets to the Improv in Brookfield, WI. They overcharged me with bogus fees an extra $100! The charge went on my credit card immediately, but no email or text or confirmation of my tickets. Called my credit card company to report this scam. They immediately credited back the amount to my credit card and are pursuing an investigation. ALWAYS REMEMBER ANY PURCHASES YOU MAKE ON YOUR CREDIT CARD ARE PROTECTED 😊
