GBNever received a response There was an event I was expecting to attend on April 26th and unfortunately, for me, my cousin was assaulted days before the event and I reached out in hopes of cancelling my tickets and receiving a refund to go out of town to tend to my family member. I had bought many tickets before in the past and enjoyed using TicketWeb but they have shown that they clearly don't care about their customers and they will not get back to you about your concerns; even in an emergency. Be aware.

GBWorst customer service I purchased tickets through TicketWeb but was never sent the tickets. I called but received no answer so ended up emailing back and forth several times. They say that they have no record of the purchase so I sent them a screenshot of my credit card statement. Then they said all sales are final. So they said there’s no record of a sale, yet they charged my card, never sent me the tickets, and will not refund my money. Horrible customer service. There’s no option for zero stars otherwise that’s what I would give them. Scam artist company.

GBProtecting scammers I purchased tickets for an event that turned out to be fraudulent, because the name of the event and poster were stolen from an unaffiliated company. Ticketweb's "no refund" policy also protects scammers.

GBNo refund for cancelled show Bought a ticket to a show, the show was “postponed”. That was 2 months ago, so I emailed their support center and was informed that I cannot receive a refund since the show is still “postponed”.

GBCheck with the venue first. Save yourself a headache and try to purchase at the venue box office if you can. Help is non-existent, when you attempt to email, it causes a security warning because ticketweb's certificates have not been updated. Their website absolutely sucks and doesn't appear to have any regular maintenance.
