Great performance but Parking Issues The performance was amazing, but the parking situation wasn't that clear or great to me. I'm disabled and needed parking right in front of the venue. Guests weren't allowed to park in the handicapped section, because the streets were closed off. But after I walked from my parking spot which was too far for an asthmatic to walk to the entrance I saw the street where the handicapped parking opened and certain people were able to park there. Though the program was great, I'd never go again unless parking was better.

Contacting Ticket Liquidator with a problem. We arrived at our venue, luckily 1.5 hours in advance only to find that our tickets were fraudulent. No fault of ticket liquidator, but to get thru to speak with someone, I was on hold for 32 minutes!! I finally got a person, who was most helpful, but unfortunately we did not get to see a show that was a Christmas gift, we traveled over an hour to see and there were no additional seats available that would fit our needs (my husband has mobility issues). My issue is that 32 minutes of hold time is totally unacceptable and needs to be corrected.

Refuses to give me my money back because they said I was given valid tickets to the rescheduled event. I LIVE IN TEXAS! IM NOT FLYING BACK TO WASHINGTON FOR A CONCERT. I have talked to 5 reps of their “PrIoRiTy CuSToMer sUppOrT TeAm” and everyone tells me the same BS. Why do they have this 100% money back guarantee they keep mentioning if it helps in no situation. To ticket liquidator, You have made an enemy out of a customer, which seems to be the case in 50% of your interactions. Do not respond to me and say “you can contact us to help resolve the issue”. Contact me and get this crap taken care off. You are a joke of a business and whoever responds to this you should be ashamed of working for this company. Give my money back right now. After I received my tracking number it was the same day as the event two hours later then the event called was charged more money to make sure I got it on time that is unacceptable.
