GBBuyer Beware!!!!! Purchased tickets for a show that was postponed until next year due to COVID-19. TL is not honoring refunds. Under there 100% money back guarantee nonsense they claim that I will receive tickets for the show I purchased. Obviously they don't stand behind that guarantee. I purchased tickets for a show that was scheduled for last month, not next year. Funny enough I found this site while searching Ticket Liquidator class action. Edit: Like I said before, they are not honoring their supposed guarantee. This much was made obvious by their canned reply.

GBBUYER BEWARE BUYER BEWARE: I bought tickets to the Motely Crue, Poison, and Def Leppard concert tickets through them back in 2019 when they first announced their tour. I drove over a 1,000 miles to go to the concert in Hershey PA and when the staff went to scan my tickets I was told that they would not accept them and was told to go to the box office. The lady at the box office told me that the tickets were fake and that I was scammed. I attempted to call Ticketliquidator but was on hold for close to an hour and hung up. I had to pay another $200 for another two tickets just so I could see the concert. I would stay away from this site and NEVER buy tickets from them.

TZIf I could give a negative star review i would. Don’t ever use ticket liquidator If I could give a negative star review, I would. This company is a total scam, ABSOLUTELY DO NOT GIVE THEM BUSINESS. I purchased tickets to see the Black Pumas in Seattle (keep in mind I live in Texas and I was in Washington for vacation) they cancelled the event because of a covid scare. Ticket liquidator. Refuses to give me my money back because they said I was given valid tickets to the rescheduled event. I LIVE IN TEXAS! IM NOT FLYING BACK TO WASHINGTON FOR A CONCERT. I have talked to 5 reps of their “PrIoRiTy CuSToMer sUppOrT TeAm” and everyone tells me the same BS. Why do they have this 100% money back guarantee they keep mentioning if it helps in no situation. To ticket liquidator, You have made an enemy out of a customer, which seems to be the case in 50% of your interactions. Do not respond to me and say “you can contact us to help resolve the issue”. Contact me and get this crap taken care off. You are a joke of a business and whoever responds to this you should be ashamed of working for this company. Give my money back right now. GBObstructed view seats The tickets I purchased had an obstructed view that wasn't advertised The staff from ticket liquidator uses my ticket tracker to process the tickets. Unfortunately one hand doesn't know what the other is doing. I was told the tickets were being shipped by fed ex to my house on a certain date. I felt that date would be cutting it too close so I asked them to ship them to the hotel. They agreed and then the tickets came to my home some days later! I'm mostly unhappy because the tickets had an unacceptable obstructed view . Would not have purchased them knowing this!

GBAt first I was afraid... So, when I first saw the reviews here at Trustpilot about Ticket Liquidator I thought "Oh I'm liquidated"! I bought tickets for the NYC Homecoming Concert on Friday 20 and it turns out I had the most beautiful experience with them. I wrote them the minute I saw the reviews, not long after I got an answer from customer support. Still, so I wasn't really relieved. Around 10 am on Saturday 21, the concert's day I got my tickets. I was still afraid they were not for real, but at the venue, I had no problems using them. I'll definitely go back with them for my next tickets! Thank you very much Ticket Liquidator!
