Within one hour of the order, I tried to cancel and the customer service personnel said all sales are final and they will not refund. Please everyone avoid this company! I am dismayed they have my card information.

After I received my tracking number it was the same day as the event two hours later then the event called was charged more money to make sure I got it on time that is unacceptable. At first I was afraid... So, when I first saw the reviews here at Trustpilot about Ticket Liquidator I thought "Oh I'm liquidated"! I bought tickets for the NYC Homecoming Concert on Friday 20 and it turns out I had the most beautiful experience with them. I wrote them the minute I saw the reviews, not long after I got an answer from customer support. Still, so I wasn't really relieved. Around 10 am on Saturday 21, the concert's day I got my tickets. I was still afraid they were not for real, but at the venue, I had no problems using them. I'll definitely go back with them for my next tickets! Thank you very much Ticket Liquidator!

way too many fees only after you enter your credit card #, do you get fees added. An order for 2 tickets went up $45. In another order, the fees were higher than the ticket prices. I ended up ordering, and it's been nearly 4 weeks and no tickets. They keep telling me the "digital tickets have not arrived in the office"

I purchased tickets to see the Black Pumas in Seattle (keep in mind I live in Texas and I was in Washington for vacation) they cancelled the event because of a covid scare. Ticket liquidator. Refuses to give me my money back because they said I was given valid tickets to the rescheduled event. I LIVE IN TEXAS! IM NOT FLYING BACK TO WASHINGTON FOR A CONCERT. I have talked to 5 reps of their “PrIoRiTy CuSToMer sUppOrT TeAm” and everyone tells me the same BS. Why do they have this 100% money back guarantee they keep mentioning if it helps in no situation. To ticket liquidator, You have made an enemy out of a customer, which seems to be the case in 50% of your interactions. Do not respond to me and say “you can contact us to help resolve the issue”.
