Do not use this firm Please do not purchase tickets from this firm. We booked tickets for an event last year which got cancelled due to covid and over 20 weeks later we still have not received a refund. They don’t have a customer service telephone number and don’t respond to any emails.

Effortless First-Time Ticket Buying Experience As a first-time buyer on BPT, I was genuinely impressed with the seamless and straightforward process of purchasing my concert tickets. I have to say, navigating the site was a breeze, and completing the purchase was an absolute walk in the park. From selecting the event to securing the seats I wanted, the steps were clear and concise. I was guided through the entire process with ease, leaving no room for confusion or errors.

It's a struggle dealing with this horrible company It's a huge struggle dealing with this horrible company and its incompetent customer service representatives. I've encountered so many issues transacting with this company, and none of them were ever resolved in my favor. This is the last time I will use this service! The customer service here is awful, and reaching out to the management is useless!

Fair Trade Real Tickets I have purchased tickets from this fair-trade ticketing company on a number of occasions. Not only have I been very impressed with the service, they actually deliver physical (real) tickets by post. The tickets are not actually printed on "brown paper" as one might expect, but they are very appealing.
