GBNegligence and Fraud Zero stars. Brown Paper Tickets has been acquired by Events.com and is not paying its customers funds earned for events. There is zero accountability, no functioning support, no way to reach anyone by phone, web or email. Do not use this fraudulent, negligent, unaccountable company for your events, they are literally putting small non profits out of business. Many have reported them to the BB already.

GBStill waiting for a refund almost 2 years later Purchased tickets for Bonfest in late 2019 for the event in May 2020 which was cancelled because of the pandemic. Despite being entitled to a refund, as of December 2021 I am still waiting for my refund of £100 from BPT UK. Emailed them, messaged on Facebook and even sent a recorded delivery letter with no response. Certainly on Facebook they have read my messages but ignore them. What makes it worse is I was unemployed for a year. An absolute disgrace and abomination of a company. I highly recommend never booking any event through them due to their appealing customer service. Thieves.

GBAn untrustworthy organisation Two events were cancelled in 2020 where I requested refunds from Brown Paper Tickets. There was no response from them. In the end, I had to raise an issue and my Credit Card company refunded me the money. Do not trust this company.

GBIgnoring all communications and haven't refunded cancelled event Long story short... I purchased tickets in February for an event due to take place in May. Alas, the event got cancelled because of Covid. Brown Paper Tickets were notified by the organiser of the cancellation in April. They said refunds would be issued in two weeks. It's now about to tick into July and no-one has got their money back. Brown Paper Tickets have ignored all further attempts to contact them by the organiser and haven't even bothered to respond to any of my emails or messages. And they have shut down their UK customer services including the phone line. Yes, it is a hugely difficult time for the events industry but this is appalling customer services, especially from a supposedly ethical company. It's people like me who were trying to support local events that are out of pocket. Given that, the organiser is no longer going to use them for ticket sales. The only option I'm left with is to do a chargeback through my bank. Fingers crossed.

GBDo Not Use Brown Paper Tickets Used their platform to sell tickets, have waited 4 weeks since the event and still have not received the money, around $1,400. Likely a scam, check out their Better Business Bureau page. It's a joke they call themselves the "fair trade ticket platform."
