They Could Do Better I was quoted a price of $26 for the same seats that were on their website for $20. I only got sort of a shrug and an excuse that didn't make sense. I then bought sports tickets via eticket but never received the email to print them. I went there and they were very accommodating and printed them for me right then. Only giving 3 stars because they were very customer service friendly on the phone and in person.

It's not my first purchase and I have always been happy with my results this far! They answer calls they are curtious informative and patient! I've purchased tickets to several events in different venues and I've been satisfied with my results!! Looking forward to surprising my daughter w Ariana Grande tickets for Christmas and Prominent had exactly what I needed at the right price!! I would recommend them to anyone!

Pure scam !! They only try to take your money. If something goes wrong, they are not responsible for anything, and you will never get your money back !!!! Horrible, horrible experience !!!!

Handling Fee? I was happy with the service but am not really sure why there needs to be a $20.00 per ticket service and handling fee. That seems a little steep, it is bad enough that I am sitting far away from the stage, but now have additional fees. UGH
