Seamless service ! This is not my first experience with Prominent Tickets and, compared to other resellers, Prominent has been the easiest and most reliable. José was very helpful and pleasant. The tickets arrived exactly when promised. I will be calling him again.

I ordered tickets I ordered tickets, sent you an air-bill because you requested an air-bill. You shipped me e-tickets. Why wouldn't you email the tickets vs shipping them? Nothing more unprofessional then shipping a client e-tickets.

Still waiting for my Tickets! I ordered my tickets on Thursday Feb 19th at 0930am. Here it is Feb 21st at 700pm and I am still waiting delivery of my E Tickets that was suppose to be a birthday present for my nephew. His birthday is today and I don't have any tickets to show him just a confirmation that I bought them. Try explaining this to a 8 year old! Don't undestand why I am waiting so long for E Tickets, I should have been able to print them sooner than this! Oh, by the way you took my money on Thursday to purchase the tickets!

Handling Fee? I was happy with the service but am not really sure why there needs to be a $20.00 per ticket service and handling fee. That seems a little steep, it is bad enough that I am sitting far away from the stage, but now have additional fees. UGH

Great service, great seats, priced very fairly Found the information, on the web while looking for Super Bowl tickets. I read in an article that they had the lowest markup in the secondary market. I compared them with all the other ticket brokers and found that to be true. Once purchased, their customer service was excellent, and they kept me very up to date on where and when I would be getting my tickets. Go hawks!
