great experience they are always helpful when I call or go there in person..great experience and help when I order tickets/parking passes . and the pick up instore is convinent.

Nondisclosure Although the service was efficient, we were extremely disappointed when we received our tickets and saw that we paid almost double the face amount. We didn't question the price since the theatre linked us to the vendor. Had we known the face value of the tickets, we would NOT have purchased them.

I've purchased tickets to several events in different venues and I've been satisfied with my results!! No sneaky fees! All the fees are upfront, which is great (not that I like the fees). On some other sites, the price "looks" cheaper, but during the check-out process all the exorbitant charges are added. Often times this makes the total transaction more expensive. The service is excellent and this is the second time I have used Prominent and will do it again. Thanks!
