Handling Fee? I was happy with the service but am not really sure why there needs to be a $20.00 per ticket service and handling fee. That seems a little steep, it is bad enough that I am sitting far away from the stage, but now have additional fees. UGH

Nondisclosure Although the service was efficient, we were extremely disappointed when we received our tickets and saw that we paid almost double the face amount. We didn't question the price since the theatre linked us to the vendor. Had we known the face value of the tickets, we would NOT have purchased them.

Always get what you want and then some I'm so happy I remembered Prominent Tickets, because after trying to buy Joan Rivers tickets directly from the venue where she is appearing and not finding the seats I wanted, I went to Prominent Tickets and got the seats I was hoping and wanting to get. The customer service was great and the pricing totally fair. After that, I went back to Prominent Tickets to get tickets to a Knicks game and again got great tickets along with great customer service and prices. They are my go to more and actually have gotten me more interested in seeing more shows/games. Highly recommend them.

They Could Do Better I was quoted a price of $26 for the same seats that were on their website for $20. I only got sort of a shrug and an excuse that didn't make sense. I then bought sports tickets via eticket but never received the email to print them. I went there and they were very accommodating and printed them for me right then. Only giving 3 stars because they were very customer service friendly on the phone and in person.

Excellent Service I asked our hotel in Manhattan to try and get tickets for Springsteen at Madison Square Garden which was taking place a few hours later. They got tickets and i paid the same as people who had got them 2 months previously.
