If I could give you no stars I would I'm leaving this review because it looks like you respond to reviews here, as I've been unsuccessful in getting you to respond back to me via FB Messenger or email for the last 5 weeks about the status of my order. I have also filed a claim/complaint via PayPal. I want a full refund for the order I placed on September 28th and never received - Order #59540. Where is your customer service on this? Waiting for your response and refund.

Preorder a plush Never receive it ! I buy a pre-order plush Black lady sailor moon and I never receive it ! I buy it in february 2021 and we are in october 2021 never got it ! Try to send message via messenger never got a respond ! I wait for nothing ! I begin to think i will never receive it ! So i am going to pay twice the price in another site ! Very sad and disappointed ! Problably because its a preorder it take a lot a time ! I seriously losing hope !

The worst customer service ever. Iโ€™m very disappointed. Ordered Sonic the Hedgehog plushy in February for my 6 years old son and despite information on loudpig.com that sonic plushy will be released on May this year, no shipment no money refund. The most frustrating thing they totally ignore customers inquiring about status of the order. Terrible customer service. I will contact my visa company and PayPal to try get my money back. Donโ€™t bother to do business with them.๐Ÿ‘Ž

VERY shady! I ordered 2 Nendoroids from them (they were not pre-orders) and only received one. I tried to contact them SO many times to get an update on the other one, but didn't hear anything. Their website says to contact through Facebook Messenger but when I tried to do that, I got an automated response that they're "taking a short break" and to use the Contact form on the website. I e-mailed their Support, and I even tried to DM them on Twitter. Nothing. It's been almost 3 weeks. I had to open a dispute through Sezzle to attempt to get my money back. Do NOT order from here!!
