CZThe front wheel on my Emmaljunga… The front wheel on my Emmaljunga stroller went flat. There is no customer service number even listed on the web site and the user manual I found on-line does not explain how to remove the front wheel from the axle to replace it. I was also fooled into buying a high end product that seems to leave their customer on their own when there is a problem. Very disappointed !

SEThis could have been a 5-star review This could have been a 5-star review. If it wasn’t for the fact that we got NXT90 Outdoor - with the rough tires that are made for exactly that - outdoor. The wheels don’t work when it snows. Which is just unacceptable as a Swedish Brand. We can’t take the stroller anywhere as soon as it starts to snow. The wheels build up snow and then clogs the system so the pram comes ro a halt. We would need the other tires but so far - Emmaljunga don’t reply to emails and seem to simply ignore this design fault.

DKExtremely expensive junk! expensive junk - never buy this! The company is clearly profiting from the quality it used to represent, but today it is nothing but cheap plastic crap. My child even had her arm squeezed in it. Almost all fittings and parts are made of plastic, and nothing is really solid. I had another one 15 years ago and the quality back then was really good. Seems as if the company has forgotten Nordic quality and just want to squeeze all possible profit out of the brand compromising quality to the extreme. Not worth the money at all.

DKNon-existent customer service We bought a 2nd hand NXT90 with a worn down steering handle (the leather was all cracked and falling apart - I hear it is a common problem) so we decided to exchange that part. We have ordered the part through our local Emmaljunga dealer (BabySam) in Denmark mid-June and are still waiting... The shop has tried to come in contact with the company multiple times, with regards to expected delivery date etc - with no luck. At some point we were informed that everybody(!!) at the office was out for holidays for three weeks and therefore there was no way of contacting them at all. It's the first time I hear about such a big company being closed down for the summer. Very unprofessional. With that being said, we still have still not received any information about the status of the order. I am disappointed.

GBEmmaljunga do not hold themselves accountable for manufacturing faults! There is a KNOWN fault with the 2018 NXT60 model where the fixture for the wheels does not fit the base properly. As a consequence the wheels wobble and wear down QUICKLY. Mine were completely worn by three months. The wear coupled with the loose fixtures has now compromised the safety of the pram yet I am still kept waiting for a fix 2 months later! Such flippant disregard for the safety of my child really upsets me and other parents/emmaljunga customers must be made aware and warned. Despite knowing about the issue, Emmaljunga is hiding behind their incredibly unhelpful customer service department refusing to take responsibility for their mistakes. They won’t produce wheels that fit properly and they won’t replace the FAULTY product. Time and time again they have refused to do the right thing and resorted to giving us the silent treatment by keeping us on hold for up to 70 minutes! DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS! They are just exploiting the benefits of being a well-known brand but have long since stopped offering a quality product and service. So, so disappointed in how they’re conducting business.
