AENever ever get anything from them Never ever get anything from them, very bad after sales customer service and careless manager , who was informed that the oculus would be repaired but waited that the warranty is finished to tell me that it’s not possible as the vendor didn’t accept. He didn’t want to submit that he didn’t do the necessary before warranty was finished and dragged me many time to mirdif city center to try the oculus that was not repaired at all and then to tell me to pick the item as it is….what a respect towards customers ! I hope the higher management would do something…

CAShopped at toys R us in Vancouver Shopped at toys R us in Vancouver , Broadway location for years now and never have I had a better experience than last weekend . Alexander the employee was exceptional and went out of his way to make sure we were all taken care of. He answered questions and was very patient with my four year old daughter . Very much appreciated as we had doubts and were looking elsewhere to buy a car for her as well. Upon dealing with him we were hooked and never thought about leaving without making the purchase from him. He also followed up which was a great added touch ! Please see him (Alexander) for all your needs at this location.

CAidiocracy They took out the gender filter on the website, so now you can't narrow your search options down to boys toys, or girls toys. Effectively destroying a major part of the sites functionality. I cant imagine why they'd decide this was a good idea, but it's not helping anybody. It just makes it more difficult to use their website.

CASave your money and buy from elsewhere. Save your money and buy from elsewhere. I ordered the Nuna Rev car seat online and never received it. When i contacted Toys r Us, after two weeks they basically said they can't replace or refund me since their 'investigation' shows the the delivery taking the route to the delivery address. They couldn't provide me with a picture of the successful delivery or if anyone had signed for it. They did nothing, advised me to dispute the chargers with my credit card. i had to go and re-buy the car seat again from elsewhere - putting me out of pocket.

GBDamaged and unpackaged Recieved my parcel - a large water table which was a suprise for my sons Christmas present, in absolutely no delivery packaging so you could see what the item was, and absolutely damaged and battered. My son saw the item immediately ruining his suprise, and on emailing Toys R Us to complain, I was offered a £3 refund (on a £60 item!) Terrible service.
