GBAwful online “store.” I have never left… Awful online “store.” I have never left a bad review of anything in my life. They take over a month to ship, their customer service is not helpful, and I’m fully prepared for the clothes to be bad quality seeing as the site doesn’t seem legit. They constantly delete bad reviews/comments on social media so that no one is aware of what will actually happen when you order from them.

GBCustomer service can't be bothered to do their job These low ratings are completely justified. I got clothes for my daughter as a gift, and most of my order came in more than a month ago, save for one piece. Instead of tracing my order like every other retailer does as best practice, they want ME to chase down the gift items and photo the pieces I wasn't missing so that they can chase down the one that was. They're too lazy to address the problem of their own creation, instead they want to distract me with meaningless busy work. I've requested a refund, I'll write a follow-up review on that experience if it runs similar to this one.

GBFinal follow up (July 15) After filing with the BBB, they refunded my money. Buyer Beware! Cute clothes that you'll pay for and never receive! My only regret is that I didnt check out the reviews before purchasing. I ordered 2 outfits for my granddaughter this past April. It is now into mid June and I still havent received them. She is now going to be too big soon to even fit into them assuming they still come. No response or resolution through phone or email contact. I'm out my money. Lenny Lemons lack of any resolution make them a fraudulent company! Frustrated grandma in Virginia

GBI have been left hanging waiting on customer service for response About four years ago I bought some things for my granddaughter from Lenny lemons. I loved my items then. Today I was shopping on their site, and was offered a 20% off my order so I created a account. I selected about $300 worth of merchandise, never received a 20% off code. So I called their customer service. She had me on the phone for 15 minutes and at the end of said call, I received no help at all but to send an email to their customer service. Total waste of my time. If I receive assistance from customer service in the next 24 hrs I will update my review.

GBLove the romper it fits my baby… Love the romper it fits my baby perfectly for Mother’s Day photos! However the overalls was way too small and I ordered a 4T-5T looks more like 6-9 make month clothing, so unfortunately I have to return and or exchange it.
