I ordered an item for my grandson I ordered an item for my grandson. Never received it. Tracking number does not work. Emailed and still waiting. Planning to file a complaint with BBB. I think they are scammers.

Excellent customer service Excellent customer service! I was informed one item I picked out was out of stock and they told me I could pick something else out around the same price. I told them what I’d like instead (it was a couple dollars more) and without any hesitation, they replaced it with the new item. They also kept me posted with tracking and shipment updates throughout. The quality of the clothes was good and the outfits are adorable!

Completely Unreliable All products appear to be made in China and come with Chinese logos/tags on the items. What is the point of even having a brand name? Also, took two months for the items to arrive (all separately) and at one point customer service was completely down and tracking information was vague or unobtainable. Granted, this is during a pandemic. But all around, horrible experience, and by the time clothing arrived, they no longer fit my baby.

disappointment I ordered several pieces and was disappointed. These are way over priced for the quality. All of the sweats i ordered are a thin, stretchy cheap feeling material. Not the soft cotton sweatshirt I expected. The clothing has cheap/fake looking tags as well. Definitely not what you would expect from a high end boutique. I will not reorder from this company.
