Great product bad shipping Great product, however they still haven't figured out how to ship these without major damage. First time I ordered the package was split open with the goods missing. The next year I got the shipment however with their extreme weight and lack of packaging all the plastic holders were broken to sh!t. Plus some of the magnet rods were even broken in half. How do you gift something when the package is broken to all hell?

Rude CS, Doesn't Deliver I saw the advertisement for Neo Buildr on Social Media and I thought they looked amazing, so I placed my order on 12/18. On 12/20/22, I received an email notification that my item had shipped. After a couple of days, my item switched to the "Package Acceptance Pending" phase, something that isn't uncommon with when a company does a bulk drop off of items at the post office. It has been under "package acceptance pending" since 12/20/22, so I sent an email to customer service on 12/28/22 and received no reply. Today I reached out to live chat and was informed that the information I received about my package being received was incorrect. The customer service agent, who I will refer to as "C", informed me that my item had not shipped and that it was out of stock. I expressed my frustration at being falsely told that my order was on the way when that is in fact not the case. It is one thing to have the item in the pending phase, but to inform a customer that their item is in transit when that is not the case is just plain deceitful. In the ten days since the item was marked as "shipped", I was never contacted by the company to tell me that the product I ordered was out of stock or that it had not in fact shipped. In my conversation with customer service, when I accepted the resolution of a refund and stated that I wad displeased with the approach the company took, the customer service agent became rude and used responses including "lol okay" and "haha". I honestly think I dodged a bullet in not having any ties to this company as a customer. I felt it necessary to share my experience regarding deceitful shipping practices, lack of communication, and poor/rude customer service.

Heads up guys Heads up guys, the first package arrived safe and sound. The last package seems to have been haphazardly put together, resulting in the the green, gold, light green extra sticks breaking or at least arriving broken. Have a picture of the broken sticks and the damaged packaging if interested. Rubén Jarrin

Magnets are surprisingly fragile Love these magnets but my nephew discovered that they are actually very delicate. Many of the 'rod' have broken following quite minimal use / being dropped onto carpet from small distance. i feel this might be useful to warn consumers about when they open the box.
