Thumbs up!! Really good quality materials, veeery strong magnets, nice gift for kids but I had also fun with those.

Opened package, missing pieces I just received my order and see that both of my packages were opened (maybe customs...no idea). These were both for gifts for a birthday present. Not only that, but the multicolor set is missing a number of bar pieces.

Great customer Service Although a little lag in communication, customer service was happy to help and made the whole experience very pleasant. My son loves the magnets and they will stand the test of time.

Rods Break Easily In our original order, several rods were broken upon arrival. I contacted them, and, although they were very hard to actually communicate with, they did send some replacement rods, many of which were also broken. As she has played with them since then (over the last week or so), my daughter has said that the rods break very easily. Fun product, but not very high quality
