Customer support very helpful Just purchased the new Guardians of the Galaxy playing cards and when I received them, one card was damaged. I reached out to customer support and they helped me resolve the issue and sent a new pack. I've bought several other packs, and love all of them. So fun collecting these beautiful playing cards!

SCAMMED FOR $132 Ordered a special edition pack of lord of the rings cards and they never arrived. They should jave arrived 27th of December 2023, it is now 19th of February 2024. Multiple attempts to contact customer service have just gone ignored. I paid $132 for nothing. DON'T ORDER HERE. THIS WEBSTITE IS A SCAM. They will take your money and just never be heard from again.

Absolutely awful experience Absolutely awful experience! Placed order on November 25, 11 days later, it was still showing as processing. Repeated attempts to contact their 'world class' customer service via email, messages, Instagram, phone call (which, BTW... no one ever picks up) only to be told that they need to contact warehouse. No updates for ANOTHER week until starting a process with Paypal, at which point they responded and the item is showing as shipped.... with the delivery date of January 4th!!! After repeatedly being told I need this by December 22nd! And did I mention all this for the fine fine shipping price of $36???? Awful company, awful customer support, absolutely awful experience. Never again.

Superb quality of playing cards Superb quality of playing cards - I’ve bought quite a few over the years. On the only occasion I’ve had a problem (glue had separated on a box intended as a gift) Mandy in customer services was super friendly and efficient. A replacement box is on its way!

Fantastic customer service I ordered in December 2023 and the package was shipped using DHL to the Netherlands. This package got stuck at customs at the airport like other reviews mention. After contacting the customer service they send out a replacement. This one got stuck as well. The third time they sent it using UPS and it got delivered within 2 weeks. Each time the response time was great and they really gave their all to get my package to me. Great support and a great product
