GBTheory 11, excellent customer service. I purchase from Theory 11 regularly as I love their playing card designs. The last purchase I received unfortunately there was damage to the tuck case. These things happen but I was really blown away by the response. When I received my order I emailed to see if anything could be done about the damaged tuck case. The response could not have been faster. Within the hour I received a response asking for my information and was assured I would be taken care. The next day I received and email that a new deck had been shipped out. I greatly appreciate the kindness and responsiveness I received to resolve my inquiry. It was excellent client service and Theory 11 now has a raving fan and client for life.

GBTheory11 is extraordinary Theory11 has proven to be extraordinary in their customer service. They are quick to respond to questions or concerns and work to resolve issues in a timely and effective way. When my son's trick arrived broken, they responded quickly and replaced the card trick immediately. We will be using them over and over again. You don't find companies with customer service like this anymore. Thank you, Theory11!!

GBAbsolutely awful experience Absolutely awful experience! Placed order on November 25, 11 days later, it was still showing as processing. Repeated attempts to contact their 'world class' customer service via email, messages, Instagram, phone call (which, BTW... no one ever picks up) only to be told that they need to contact warehouse. No updates for ANOTHER week until starting a process with Paypal, at which point they responded and the item is showing as shipped.... with the delivery date of January 4th!!! After repeatedly being told I need this by December 22nd! And did I mention all this for the fine fine shipping price of $36???? Awful company, awful customer support, absolutely awful experience. Never again.

GBExcellent Quality and Customer Service My experience with Theory 11 was excellent. Although I did have to exchange my first order due to the outside case being in diminished condition, their customer service made the process easy and streamlined. I reached out to them through email and provided pictures as requested. The next morning, I received an email saying they had already sent a re-order for an empty case, and they let me keep the previous case as well, which was a great gesture. The cards themselves were stunning, with crisp and beautiful designs that felt luxurious in my hands. When I had received the newly ordered case, it was perfect. The condition was flawless. I was truly satisfied with my experience overall.
