Quality meets artistry Unidragon puzzles are where quality meets artistry. I've ordered puzzles for myself and my kids, and the experience has been exceptional. The detailed illustrations and precision-cut pieces make for a satisfying assembly process. As a parent, I appreciate the eco-friendly packaging, and my kids are hooked on these puzzles.

Great product really lousy service As others have stated the puzzles themselves are unique, beautiful and fun. But their customer service is horrid as are other elements I won’t bother going into. A shame really. I won’t buy another. (Update: Odd that Unidragon would reply to this post as they did. They seem surprised - don’t believe a word of it. They have had negative reviews about their customer service for a long time now and never do anything significant to address it. Companies like this have a high rate of eventual failure. Unidragon will be gone before long).

Mandala tree of life (200 pieces) Mandala tree of life (200 pieces) is the most beautiful puzzle I have tried. This wooden puzzle is beyond my expectations, it has an unique cutting-edge, every piece is unique and interesting. This puzzle is of superior quality. I definitely enjoyed the time I spent with this puzzle. I love it!

Received defective Unidragon puzzle Bought a Unidragon puzzle through Amazon. Expensive. Right away when i open the box, there is a disclaimer from the company about missing pieces or defective puzzles, asking purchasers not to diss them on the internet in case this happens... Well, guess what! The pieces provided to me in my box DID NOT fit together early on, and thus the mandala puzzle COULDNT be completed. I am a seasoned puzzler, finishing very complex challenges with great patience. This company CLEARLY has PROBLEMS in their manufacture to automatically include this disclaimer along with their product! I was happy i bought this through Amazon in that i received an immediate refund with free return shipping rather than having to work directly with Unidragon to return ship and then wait for my refund. I will never buy a puzzle from this company again.

It looks like a typical scam with… It looks like a typical scam with Chinese products - one day a company opens Facebook page with broad advertising campaign reaching most of us. Then many sister-sites are also opened with exactly same products. And after 1-2 months they are all gone. Still, I decided to place an order on Monday, received the package on Friday. Neat minimalistic packaging, inside everything as advertised. Really good quality of plywood puzzles, with beautiful colors. So I don't know if it's scam or not (maybe they ship only to selected few?) but in my case I'm 100% happy and recommend the product.
