Don’t waste your money!! Got the smar trike splash in purple and can honestly say it’s the worst toy I’ve ever bought my daughter. The steering for this trike is absolutely shocking, the foot rests are too far back so she cannot comfortably have her feet on them and the peddles do not close once open which means my daughters feet twist with the front wheel every time it moves. Do not recommend at all, total waste of money!!

Prompt courteous replacement part A part of our smarTrike broke through normal wear and tear. I wrote to customer support over the weekend and received an very prompt reply; after providing some more information a replacement part was dispatched with remarkable ease and for free. We're in an out-of-the-way part of the world and the part made it here quickly, with updates and courteous communication throughout. A model for how these processes should take place! We love our tricycle We love our tricycle, our daughter rides it every day, sleeps in it and it's very comfortable. It is easy to assemble, small for storage, and light to carry when traveling. Very practical. We had one minor issue with canopy and it was easily solved with help from customer service. Definitely recommend buying their tricycle.

Amazing customer service! Absolutely amazing service recently received from this company. After an airline lost the front wheel of our STR3 trike and refused to do anything about it, smarTrike stepped up and sent out a brand new wheel with no hassle. Perfect for a picky rider… I purchased a smarTrike for my 8 month old son who refuses to be transported in anything else. We tried all the high-end strollers (Uppababy, Nuna, Bugaboo) and he wouldn’t last longer than 15 minutes in them. The smarTrike keeps him entertained and engaged while I get to have a bit of storage and not worry about sun protection because of the canopy. When I ran into an issue, Mace in the customer service department helped me trouble shoot and ended up sending me a replacement part. I appreciated the quick and kind help that honestly surpassed the service I received with $1000+ strollers.
