We love our tricycle We love our tricycle, our daughter rides it every day, sleeps in it and it's very comfortable. It is easy to assemble, small for storage, and light to carry when traveling. Very practical. We had one minor issue with canopy and it was easily solved with help from customer service. Definitely recommend buying their tricycle.

A1 Customer Support When a piece of my daughters smartrike 7in 1 came out customer support was fast and reliable. Constantly keeping you updated sent the piece as soon as possible. Even though the piece didnt work out they sent a return slip for the original item and once i shipped it out i got a new trike within 2-3 days. Franck and Ira were great, respectful, and reliable. Amazing customer service! Absolutely amazing service recently received from this company. After an airline lost the front wheel of our STR3 trike and refused to do anything about it, smarTrike stepped up and sent out a brand new wheel with no hassle. This was phenomenal customer service to receive after receiving such poor customer service from the airline! Thank you, smarTrike (and to you, too, Rory!)

User error please change our 2 stars to 5 star review … We had some difficulties putting our Smartrike together and thought there was an issue with the product - we wrote a review with 2 stars. In response, customer service at Smartrike could not have been more helpful and responsive. We realized the error was ours and there was no issue with the scooter. We highly recommend Smartrike - the scooter is high quality and adorable - perfect for our 2 year old granddaughter and plenty of room for her to grow with the scooter.

Excellent customer service We bought my daughter a SmarTrike for her first birthday. Around 18 months later she was ready to start using the pedals and we realised the clutch on the front wheel wasn’t locking into place properly. We contacted SmarTrike for assistance and received a new front wheel in the post within days. My daughter is now happily pedalling her trike, and I would like to thank Mace and the team for their excellent customer service.
