Excellent Customer Support During the recent purchase of a trike, I found myself in need of assistance to untangle a situation of my own making. Frankly, in this era of online shopping, I’ve found my experiences with customer service conducted through emails to be quite mediocre. This was NOT the case with smarTrike. Ira from customer support was awesome! He went above and beyond to fix my problem in a truly professional and courteous manner. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from this company again.

A1 Customer Support When a piece of my daughters smartrike 7in 1 came out customer support was fast and reliable. Constantly keeping you updated sent the piece as soon as possible. Even though the piece didnt work out they sent a return slip for the original item and once i shipped it out i got a new trike within 2-3 days. Franck and Ira were great, respectful, and reliable. Fantastic Customer Service I needed to contact SmarTrike 12 months after the initial purchase of my daughters trike and I was met with great professionalism. It is very rare to see such great customer service as I received from Mace at SmarTrike. They kept me fully updated, answered all emails extremely promptly and I couldn't have asked for a better resolution. The Trike itself is fantastic and I would really recommend to others! Mace from customer services has been brilliant!!! Mace from customer services has been absolutely brilliant. Our granddaughters Smart Trike came with a broken part. After exchanging emails and photos a new set of handlebars have been sent to us and her bike is back on the road. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.
