Order change and Free Shipping impact ... Called and spoke to Donald about a free shipping issue. He pleasantly explained how the situation happened, and then he suggested a way to remedy it. I took him up on his suggestion, and we were done. It would have been easy to simply say "No, I am sorry there is nothing I can do for you" but he did not. Thanks Donald!

I have been a happy dedicated customer… I have been a happy dedicated customer of Entertainment Earth for 20 + years and they are a great company. Normally my orders come in mint condition but today I received an order that both the box and figures inside were damaged. They were packed well and obviously EE was not at fault, but it had been mishandled en route. I called EE and Donald couldn’t have been any nicer or more helpful.
