He did an amazing job and not only cleared my orders and possible debt that I would have been in, but also brightened my spirits during this trying time. GBPop funko arrived with crushed corner Pop funko arrived with crushed corner. Was in bubble wrap and box not crushed so one would think it was carelessly packed that way. Tried calling during business hrs was on hold 24 min gave up. Emailed and left messages. They finally answered my message a week later. Was given option to return for a possible full refund pending your approval process as it says on packing slip or keep it for a discount. Unacceptble resolution in my opinion.not caring or take accountablity for mistake in shipping.

GBI've been shopping at EE for years now… I've been shopping at EE for years now and have never had any issues. My recent order came the other day and the figure set was missing a piece in the box (it was the manufacturer's fault). I decided to give EE a call and got Donald on the phone. He was a great help and very friendly to talk with. At the end of the day, the issue was resolved. Just another reason why I like to shop at EE...for the great customer service.
