I usually have nothing but good experiences with Entertainment Earth, but when I do have a problem their customer service takes good care of me. I just got off the phone with Donald Tapia, the Client Services Representative, and he went far and beyond in order to resolve my problem. I can't thank Entertainment Earth and Donald Tapia enough!

I called this morning I called this morning, looking for information on an order. I was lucky enough to have Donald answer the phone. Not only did he exhibit patience, and empathy. He actually went out of his way to help. As an employer, he’s a keeper.
