When will you deliver internationally? Can a 9 year old do it? Hi CrunchLabs! I have just heard of your new Hackpack and want to buy it. But I have a question, since I live in Melbourne, Australia I am not eligible to have it, so when will you get international delivery? also, I have a 9 year old son turning 10 and he wants Hackpack, can he build it? Because he is really skilled at building and coding I thought it would be a perfect match for him. Thank you!

We had a Build Box returned by the post office We had a Build Box returned by the post office for no apparent reason. The Crunch Labs customer service notified me that the package had been returned and then sent out a replacement right away. They were pro-active which is a rare quality now days. These boxes are awesome we sit down each month and talk about the science and the build. We are now on our second year subscription and still look forward each month to a great quality and fun build.
