We had a Build Box returned by the post office We had a Build Box returned by the post office for no apparent reason. The Crunch Labs customer service notified me that the package had been returned and then sent out a replacement right away. They were pro-active which is a rare quality now days. When will you deliver internationally? Can a 9 year old do it? Hi CrunchLabs! I have just heard of your new Hackpack and want to buy it. But I have a question, since I live in Melbourne, Australia I am not eligible to have it, so when will you get international delivery? also, I have a 9 year old son turning 10 and he wants Hackpack, can he build it? Because he is really skilled at building and coding I thought it would be a perfect match for him. Thank you!

My son LOVES these Crates My son LOVES these Crates! We have done Mel Science, Kiwi Co and while he has grown with these kits, the Crunch labs he gets excited about in particular because of the Videos that Mark Rober puts with them. As he has grown older the other kits have not held his attention as much as the Crunch Lab kits have. Not only does he build them, but he creates stories and scenarios around using them in real life situations. He is highly engaged in these crates challenge him and encourage him to create in STEAM categories.

Excellent in all ways Their products are a wonderful way to engage young minds. The videos that accompany the kits are entertaining and educational. Mark doesn't dumb down the subject, but has a way of presenting it that resonates well with kids and young teens. The kits are of excellent quality and my two kids enjoy creating a new gadget every month. The kits don't repeat and we are about to renew for a second year. Thanks for creating such a well thought out product! Well worth the cost per month.
