GBWe paid $300 for a subscription and… We paid $300 for a subscription and when we got the first box it wasn't even taped. We were missing 7 pieces We called and they sent an email how to get replacement parts but the submit button will not work. It's Saturday customer service is closed until Monday, and my son is so disappointed he cannot do this. I'm pretty mad. I understand accidents happen but this is our first box, to me this could have been prevented. Am I going to have to go through this every month?!?! I really would rather have my money back.

GBthis company has awesome LIVE customer service. this company has awesome customer service!! YOu do not wait long for someone to pick up phone. They clearly want customers to be happy. Ed assured me I could call back if my granddaughter and I could not figure out box 2. She absolutely loves the engineering aspects, called me on MEET to demonstrate.

GBA great way to spend time together and learn Bought the first year subscription when it first came out, because me and my son love Mark Rober videos on YouTube. These boxes are awesome we sit down each month and talk about the science and the build. We are now on our second year subscription and still look forward each month to a great quality and fun build. Could not recommend this more to anyone wanting to have some quality time with their children learning and playing well worth it even shipping to the UK

GBTerrible customer service Terrible customer service. The April box has been at the mail carrier for 2 weeks, clearly lost. First time I reached out to customer service was day 6 and customer serbice got back saying to wait till day 7 and they would check the status and follow back up. Day 8 I reached out askimg for an update as the box was still stuck at the post office on the tracking number. No response. Day 13 I reached out again as it still is lost asking for them to help resolve and no response. Honestly, glad the year subscripription is almost over so I can cut ties with this company. Too bad Mark Rober put his name on this and doesn't know or care what a sh!t show it has become.
