Great Customer Service, excellent quality Got a very cute set of blue Jean overall shorts for my grandson but they were too small. It was a good while before my daughter got them back To me, but Rufflebutts immediately gave me my full refund. Wonderful customer service.

I’ll be back for more! This was my first purchase and I am beyond satisfied! I ordered 12 items and the grab bag. Everything is excellent! The grab bag had a really nice variety of items including the adorable Halloween ruffle tights!! Super happy with my purchase. I had an initial issue with my order (had selected quantity 2 do an item). The customer service team remedied this immediately with one message. Thanks for great service and an awesome product!

Excellent Experience I ordered two bathing suits- girls size 5 and boys size 8. They arrived today and I am so impressed with the quality and the design. I was initially concerned about the length of time to ship to Canada but they arrived in 2 weeks without any issues. The customer service team provided outstanding support and communication throughout the process. Will definitely order from Ruffle Butts again !!!

Customer Service is Tops RuffleButts has such amazing customer service, in addition to amazing quality clothes. I recently place an order during an amazing sale they were having, and at the time of order it said one of the items was on back order and would ship on a certain date. When that date rolled around I received an email from customer service stating that unfortunately the item will be further delayed. They apologized and offered for me to modify my order. I wasn’t in a rush and didn’t need to change my order but I really appreciate the communication and transparency. I will for sure be continuing to order from this company! First rate!
