I've been buying RuffleButts for the… I've been buying RuffleButts for the last few years since my son was born and now I have a newborn daughter and can't stop buying clothes for her. She was a chunky baby so the size I ordered didn't fit. I called customer service to just discuss sizing and the exchange policy and the girl I spoke with was so kind. We talked for ten minutes about sizing and towards the end she sent me a label to mail my items back for an exchange. I cannot express how genuine and thoughtful the RuffleButts customer service team is. Looking forward to my exchange!

I’ll be back for more! This was my first purchase and I am beyond satisfied! I ordered 12 items and the grab bag. Everything is excellent! The grab bag had a really nice variety of items including the adorable Halloween ruffle tights!! Super happy with my purchase. I had an initial issue with my order (had selected quantity 2 do an item). The customer service team remedied this immediately with one message. Thanks for great service and an awesome product!

This company has THE BEST customer service! This company has THE BEST customer service. I made a mistake on my order and realized it after 5:00 on a Friday. I sent an email stating what I did wrong, with options for fixing and they got back with me over the weekend and fixed my order! Wow! I expected to be told it was my problem like bigger online operations. It felt like such personalized attention. I have been buying Rugged/RuffleButts for my grandchildren and for new parents for years and have never been disappointed!

Positive Experience from what started out frustrating I was so very happy with my customer service from Marcus today. I had an incomplete order due to my own error and was frustrated that could not correct it myslef. Marcus was a pleasure to work with and never let on that he was anything but happy to assist. My order is complete and am so excited to give special gift to my "new" great neice coming in June 2024.
