Excellent Experience I ordered two bathing suits- girls size 5 and boys size 8. They arrived today and I am so impressed with the quality and the design. I was initially concerned about the length of time to ship to Canada but they arrived in 2 weeks without any issues. Great quality and customer service… We received a swimsuit with no bottoms and the customer service at Ruffled Butts was exceptional. We had a replacement in no time. I've been buying RuffleButts for the… I've been buying RuffleButts for the last few years since my son was born and now I have a newborn daughter and can't stop buying clothes for her. She was a chunky baby so the size I ordered didn't fit. I called customer service to just discuss sizing and the exchange policy and the girl I spoke with was so kind. We talked for ten minutes about sizing and towards the end she sent me a label to mail my items back for an exchange. I cannot express how genuine and thoughtful the RuffleButts customer service team is. Looking forward to my exchange!
