Customer service with a smile Purchased a queen size mattress from here 2 1/2 years ago and found that it was starting to sag at butt level. I called and the owner Tim came out to check my mattress. He agreed there was a problem but also that I needed a foundation that was not a "slats" style and also that I should be rotating bed regularly. He advised me to buy a plywood board that wud fit my bed to shore up the support since I couldn't really spend for a new foundation. I told him the bed was very hard to spin. He showed me how to more easily do it! He also had the bed picked up and replaced the layers. Tim is super nice and does care about his customers! I would highly recommend Quality Sleep!

Where can you get an organic bed made…made in the USA Where can you get an organic bed made in the USA? Right here! Found this place on the internet and needed a new mattress since being diagnosed with asthma. Bought the organic king and have never regretted it. When my husbands arthritic hip started bothering him, went back to talk to Tim, the owner/builder and we decided to get a topper and that did the trick. I wish more people knew about this company.

A Satisfied Customer I visited Quality Sleep Shop after visiting many other stores. I was in a state of serious confusion! Meeting with Tim was a pleasure! He helped me narrow down my choices to just two mattresses. I ultimately purchased one of them. SERVICE is a hallmark of the way they deal with customers. I was undecided whether I wanted a low profile box spring or the regular one . They put BOTH box springs on the delivery truck and let me decide on delivery! What other store would have done that? Absolutely the best mattress shopping … Absolutely the best mattress shopping experience. We had been putting it off, mainly because I hated the last several mattress shopping experiences. This was 180 degrees opposite that. Friendly and knew everything about the mattresses. Didn't try to push one or another on us. We ended up buying two right away (had only planned to get one) and then ordered another online.
