Quality service for a quality product. We received our first mattress a few week ago and unfortunately it was flawed. After contacting the sleep shop and sending in pictures of the mattress, it was quickly resolved. We received another mattress the following week and we are very happy with the expedient service. Absolutely the best mattress shopping … Absolutely the best mattress shopping experience. We had been putting it off, mainly because I hated the last several mattress shopping experiences. This was 180 degrees opposite that. Friendly and knew everything about the mattresses. Didn't try to push one or another on us. We ended up buying two right away (had only planned to get one) and then ordered another online.

Good mattress = Good sleep My husband and I tried Katherine mattress - both firm and medium. I ordered the medium and had it delivered by Fed Ex. How lovely that it was all rolled up and just unfolded once the wrapping was removed. A neighbor stated that he researched every mattress store and brand that he could find online and came up with this company. He is very satisfied, also, with his Katherine mattress. My grown son and his family have a king very organic all cotton mattress from your store. They are very pleased with it.
