It is comforting to speak directly with the people who make your mattress, versus buying from a big box store or factory. I never felt pressured into buying anything either, which was quite refreshing! I left confident in my purchase, and I love my new, extremely comfortable mattress.

GBA Satisfied Customer I visited Quality Sleep Shop after visiting many other stores. I was in a state of serious confusion! Meeting with Tim was a pleasure! He helped me narrow down my choices to just two mattresses. I ultimately purchased one of them. SERVICE is a hallmark of the way they deal with customers.
