Customer service with a smile Purchased a queen size mattress from here 2 1/2 years ago and found that it was starting to sag at butt level. I called and the owner Tim came out to check my mattress. He agreed there was a problem but also that I needed a foundation that was not a "slats" style and also that I should be rotating bed regularly. He advised me to buy a plywood board that wud fit my bed to shore up the support since I couldn't really spend for a new foundation. I told him the bed was very hard to spin. He showed me how to more easily do it! He also had the bed picked up and replaced the layers. Tim is super nice and does care about his customers! I would highly recommend Quality Sleep!

Great Experience! We walked in and had to wait only a few minutes while the associate finished up with another customer. We took that time to look around- we told the associate we were looking for a mattress for our 3 year old boy and she told us exactly which one to get based on his age, gender, and how long we plan to keep it. It wasn't the most expensive mattress either so I didn't feel like I was just being sold it to make commissions. Delivery was scheduled the same week and it was all seamless. Great experience and will definitely be going back for other mattress needs!

Good mattress = Good sleep My husband and I tried Katherine mattress - both firm and medium. I ordered the medium and had it delivered by Fed Ex. How lovely that it was all rolled up and just unfolded once the wrapping was removed. A neighbor stated that he researched every mattress store and brand that he could find online and came up with this company. He is very satisfied, also, with his Katherine mattress. My grown son and his family have a king very organic all cotton mattress from your store. They are very pleased with it.
