GBThis company is ridiculous I don’t… This company is ridiculous I don’t think they’re aware that they are breaching consumer rights! If I could give No stars I would. I placed an order for my son on the 15/3/2024 still have yet to receive. I have sent email after email with no response! I have sent an email cancelling my order which they haven’t done and I have the right to cancel my order within the 14 day time frame! They have no working landline number which I find strange! If they were not a 4 hour drive away I would of definitely gone to the store. Honestly times are so hard and to rob people of their hard earned Money is really unfair! I will do my best to take this further.

GBDon't use! We ordered from the company with a 2-5 day delivery, weeks later and still no update on the item being shipped. Ended up doing a charge back on our CC and suddenly it's despatched. However, what we actually got was a second hand crib instead. Scratched, no packaging, holes with paint rubbed off where it had been previously fixed together. I could have bought a second hand crib for a fraction of the price from Facebook if I wanted second hand. Emailed them and no reply, intact no reply from any emails we have sent them. Pushing forward on the CC charge back now.

GBSome reviews give you the jitters but..... I was a little worried about placing my order (online) after reading the previous reviews but couldn't have been happier with the service. Saved a fortune on my new jacket and (after opting for express shipping) my order was delivered in less than 24 hours! It was very well packaged too with a very posh hanger thrown in for free :-) I think it's always important to remember that people rightly like to have a moan when things go wrong but there are lots of customers who do have a good experience. I hope this review gives a little more reassurance to potential shoppers.
