GBAnsgear must think we are stupid Ansgear must think we are stupid. I was very close to pulling the trigger on a Ninqa Pro v2 regulator. Here is my problem with them. The std pro v2 has a steel bonnet, Ansgear's description says it comes with a aluminum bonnet. The aluminum bonnet makes it a pro v2 ultralight. A marker tank threads are aluminum, aluminum to aluminum will sieze and gall unless you use antiseize. Not desireable by any means when using hpa. Buyer beware!

GBSent us defective gear Sent us defective gear. Got the RMA from th assuring me we would get a full refund. They ended up charginge a restocking fee to return totally defective equipment. Having to file a complaint against them to get the rest of my money. The paintball arenas in our area all warned us to avoid them due to this practice of theirs. Save yourself a headache and buy from someone else.

GBPaid for USPS Priority Shipping Paid for USPS Priority Shipping. AnsGear site clearly shows my zone and it should take no more than 3 days. They shipping it out, sent me a notice, but now it's taking 5 days and they blame it all on USPS. I paid $28 extra for nothing. I use USPS Priority all the time and it's 2-3 days, anywhere in the USA from my home in Texas. AnsGear Customer Service folks are rude, rude, rude and refuse to help. No way to escalate. Only way is through some generic email or chat. Buyer Beware. I'll send the Paint Ball guns back and never do business with them again.

GBNo quality control Is there no quality control when they ship out their products? Out of the 10 items I purchased totaling about $400, I received my order all in one package and was missing 3 items! Now I have to chase them through emails etc to find out when I will be getting my stuff or a refund. I don't plan to buy here ever again. I'd rather pay more than to deal with this hassle or incompetence. Poorly run operations.

GBThe BEST possible online Paint Shop I have never had a bad experience with this company. I would say the only downside to their website is their size charts, everything fits big so order small. Besides that they are the best paintball store you can find. An insane amount of products and options, so many things to customize my gear set. I have had many dealings with customer service regarding gun leaks, product defects, improper sizing, etc. they are always communicative and helpful. Most recently, I bought a marker OCT 2021, I ended up getting out to the field in mid JAN and there was a leak in the marker. I reached out to ANS customer service and they sent me a shipping label to get it to their shop, within a few days I received an email detailing the issues with the marker and what was corrected. They shot some paint through it, and are sending it back my direction and I’ll have it in a little under a week. For free. Not a dime out of my pocket besides the $8 for shipping to them.
