Unprofessional, rude, lazy. Unprofessional. Terrible customer service--lazy and rude. They act like they are doing you a favor by letting you ordered from them. Also, I qualified for free shipping according to the rules on the site, but they decided to charge me anyway. I will never use this company again and am currently searching for someone else to order from.

I have ordered with this company a few… I have ordered with this company a few times and every experience was full off issues such as mismatched products a completely unsafe tank that was 138 bucks. And I had nothing but bad paintballs. Overall it’s just not worth the head ache and stress when there’s great company’s out there

Ordered 2 online packages on the 28th… Ordered 2 online packages on the 28th of April , still have not arrived , I’ll be sending them back for a refund if they ever arrive and I’m going to update this review when I get my answer and post the screenshots so everyone can see that this company is a joke and they do not care they do not help with these situations. They just want you’re money and when they get it you are irrelevant 💯 screenshots coming

ANSgear Exemplifies Professionalism ANSgear has been my go-to since I began to paintball again in the last couple of months. Every item I have purchased has always arrived in perfect condition and all items were clearly packaged professionally. During this last purchase, there was a bit of an issue due to the shipment method, however, the customer service provided by Jesse was absolutely incredible. He was able to rectify the issue in record time and demonstrated a care for the customer that you don't always see. I will definitely remain a life-time customer of ANSgear.
