CA5 stars for ANS Gear and its customer… 5 stars for ANS Gear and its customer service department. If I could give more stars I would, and I recommend using them for all your Paintball needs …here’s why :) I decided to get my two boys their own gear for Christmas. After playing a few times with rental gear and loving it, I wanted them to have their own. So I started to research and found myself on the ANS Gear website. When searching for paintball guns in stores where I’m from (Canada) there wasn’t a lot of choices so ordering online seemed like my best bet. I picked out two marker kits and was impressed with the quantity and quality of the products for the price. After checking out, I realized it was in American $ and it ended up costing 1.5x the amount I thought, which was annoying but the product seemed worth it and Christmas was coming so I just bit the bullet and hoped for the best. A few days later when I received the notification that my product shipped, I logged into the website and noticed the kits I bought were on sale! Only about $30 off per kit but in Canadian it was closer to $100 for both. Fast forward about 10 days and my markers were stuck in Canadian Customs and I started to panic because it wasn’t looking good for Christmas release and I had over spent on these and didn’t have the means to go out and buy them again. So I emailed ANS Customer Service and the response I received was exactly what I needed to hear, and literally came in the next day. ANS assured me they ship to Canada all the time and, although customs does hold and inspect all shipments, they always get released because they comply with all laws. Then they offered to honour their sale price and refund my account the difference! Two days later my order was released and my credit had already been processed. Christmas was saved!! ANS Gear offers the best quality products for an affordable and fair price. They ship very quickly and are packaged with care. Their customer service department responded quickly and it was apparent they cared about my concerns. Even though it was close to Christmas and I’m sure they were super busy! AND THEN they send me a refund honouring their sale price, which was back in my account BEFORE the markers even arrived. Thank you to ANS Gear and all their staff for making my experience a great one!!! If you’re looking for a company that cares about their customers you’ve come to the right place. The fact that the product received is of exceptional quality and exceeded my expectation is the cherry on top!!

GBService its horrible Service its horrible. Make 2 orders on december 22 and 1 order on january 3. First order recieved wrong items. Second order missing 2 times which one of them where on back order and the other was discontinued, where never recieved any kind of notification of that. Third order one of the items where out of stock. Never again buying from them. NOT RECOMMENDED unless you wanna have my same experience. Good luck!!

CAOrdered 2 online packages on the 28th… Ordered 2 online packages on the 28th of April , still have not arrived , I’ll be sending them back for a refund if they ever arrive and I’m going to update this review when I get my answer and post the screenshots so everyone can see that this company is a joke and they do not care they do not help with these situations. They just want you’re money and when they get it you are irrelevant 💯 screenshots coming

GBShipped me broken tank Worst costumer… Shipped me broken tank Worst costumer service all the way up to the manager they talk down to you they talk over you they make fun of you and do not stand by their word completely heart broken I loved this website but I will not be treated like a child. All I wanted was a fixed tank and instead got nothing but rude remarks and aggravation so upset

GBOrdered over $400 worth of gear on… Ordered over $400 worth of gear on September 10th. Said on website that everything was in stock. After they automatically took the money from my account, half of what I ordered isn't in stock. Still haven't received my order. Also there "customer service " hours aren't what is posted. Says 8 but no one answers until after 11.
