I paid $46 for a pair of heels that I can't wear and you wouldn't even exchange them let alone give me a refund. I will not recommend J&J to anyone after calling and getting poor customer service. My package was stolen so I never… My package was stolen so I never received my items. I will no longer order from this company if you're going to continue to use DHL because they ship their items through USPS instead of bringing the package to your door and they did not place my package inside my mailbox but left it on top of the mailbox. This is the second package that has been stolen from me since dealing with this company. I also changed my shipping address before processing my order but it somehow defaulted to my address and was shipped to me where it was stolen.

Well Done All 'Round It is difficult to buy toys by picture and description but J&J lists exact dimensions and gives great descriptions of products. My order was handled quickly, shipped promptly and arrived undamaged and without overcharge on shipping. Quality of products is excellent as is safety - no dangerous materials like latex. Those of us with unusual anatomies - the Intersex, can easily find toys that will work well.

Good Ordering Experience Both items I ordered arrived on time, and were exactly as described. The prices were comparable to similar websites, and they had a wider selection then most. The package was labeled discretely.
