Actually good people I haven't actually received a product yet, but I had advised that my item stated it was shipped despite it not being at the destination. When informed, their team took extra efforts and went above and beyond to ensure that it would be taken care of. Was honestly surprised at their team.

I recently order an item and when I received the item was poor quality I recently order an item and when I received it I felt the description was not correct. I did not use the item and I notified customer service only to learn that they basically will not accept returns. I feel jack and Jill company should back the items they sell. They have very poor quality

Poor return policy I ordered many products which came in two “shipping” envelopes. I did not open some of the individual products. However, the company would not let me return individual products that were still taped shut/never opened. I spent a lot of money. Their policy says once “shipping” envelope was open, there are no returns. I believe that is an unjust policy. This is only about profit vs customer. I’ll never buy from them again. And, tell my disappointment to anyone that will listen-any and all social media.
