GBPoor return policy I ordered many products which came in two “shipping” envelopes. I did not open some of the individual products. However, the company would not let me return individual products that were still taped shut/never opened. I spent a lot of money. Their policy says once “shipping” envelope was open, there are no returns. I believe that is an unjust policy. This is only about profit vs customer. I’ll never buy from them again. And, tell my disappointment to anyone that will listen-any and all social media.

GBIf I could give 0 Stars I would If I could give Jack & Jill 0 stars, I would. I purchased many items from your store and online but your lack of a return policy sucks. I paid $46 for a pair of heels that I can't wear and you wouldn't even exchange them let alone give me a refund. I will not recommend J&J to anyone after calling and getting poor customer service. GBI purchased viberators online that… I purchased viberators online that ended up too small. Your add did not have any measurements and the pictures tend to mis represent the size. I probably will not be purchasing online any more.
