Replacement dead on arrival too Update: I received a replacement unit the next week, which was also unfortunately dead on arrival. My refund was processed promptly. The customer service is great and every other product I've ordered from JimmyJane has been great. This was just a flawed product that should not have been released in its current form, hopefully they improve on this build and come out with something better in the future. The device came dead on arrival last week and no one from customer service has reached out since I emailed for support.

New design is a step backward In the previous design, it had a stand, and I don’t like the new charging option. It’s flimsy and unreliable. Also, the new design and power button seems unnecessary and counterintuitive. The motor feels different from the previous model which was preferred. I will not be using this new version in the future when I buy a replacement and overall unsatisfied with my purchase.

Specially since I do not live in the US. The only thing that could have worked better is that the delivery person from UPS did not have my phone number and he needed to call to enter the gate where I live and couldn’t make the delivery. UPS does not have any phone to contact them so I had to go to their main office to fetch the package.
