They were quick to reply, gave me a suggestion (which was perfect for me), and offered me a discount I wasn't even fishing for. I appreciated that interaction. Product Great/Service Not So Much... Product: Even better than I expected Shipping: claimed I would be notified when the item(s) shipped, but I wasn't. If you claim in the introductory email that something will happen -- and it doesn't -- it reduces trust and raises questions such as: "Did they really ship it?" or "When will it arrive?" so arrangements can be made if the recipient happens to be out of town.

Lack of discreet shipping labels This review is strictly for the shipping. Website described item would be sent in "discreet packaging" however there are 2 shipping labels that spell out "JIMMYJANE ONLINE SALES." While not super obvious, my doormen can easily search for Jimmyjane on the internet and get an idea of what is inside the box.
