GBFirst time Spoke with Tawanda R., Overall this was a positive experience. She was very professional & thorough. I wanted to get info on what I needed to get install and she also advised on Promo for free install so I ended up making an appointment. She explained to me (and sent me text) of how this device works - what not to do to trigger the lock (like food-sugars-turns into alcohol-triggers lockout) things I hadn’t thought about. Process was pleasant and quick, she set up my profile and appointment. Thanks for all your assistance Towanda. Would recommend.

It’s been 7 days sitting at the dealership with no response. The dealership said it’s not the first time they have had to deal with this company incompetence. The world needs more people in customer service like her! Now if the rest of my 3-year experience with this device goes smoothly then I can bear it...
