First time Spoke with Tawanda R., Overall this was a positive experience. She was very professional & thorough. I wanted to get info on what I needed to get install and she also advised on Promo for free install so I ended up making an appointment. She explained to me (and sent me text) of how this device works - what not to do to trigger the lock (like food-sugars-turns into alcohol-triggers lockout) things I hadn’t thought about. Process was pleasant and quick, she set up my profile and appointment. Thanks for all your assistance Towanda. Would recommend.

Great customer service creates continual customers and referrals! I spoke with Tawanda Rozier, she has excellent customer service skills. She did a fantastic job handling my need. I highly recommend working with her. I probably would have called around for more quotes if her service was anything below excellent. And it was excellent! Good luck calling after 10am Good luck calling after 10am. I’m having my car worked on and with the monitech device getting the code for the mechanic has been a nightmare. It’s been 7 days sitting at the dealership with no response. The dealership said it’s not the first time they have had to deal with this company incompetence. I made a mistake getting my dui but my second was going the cheap route with monitech
