GBDevice fell while driving I've had issues with the current device mount in the air vent not staying in place. I placed the device in the passenger seat and it went flying into the floorboard while braking and turning earlier today. It immediately sounded the alarm and stated "program violation" due to "abuse". I called to make sure I wasn't in trouble and was assured that enough force causes that message and not to worry because it showed no error message. Was unsettling when it happened so I called Monitech. Ellie Cepero eased my mind by assisting me and letting me know not to worry that it's not a violation. She was very polite and easy to talk to. GBThis company is a ripoff This company is a ripoff. Customer service agents are quick to rush you off the phone, always fast talking( I guess so they can get back to doing nothing at home). Slow response time for the Indigent program. It’s been 2 months and I have yet to hear anything in response to my financial hardship affidavit. I know when I’m getting the run around and this company is definitely doing a good job at doing that. I cannot wait to get this interlock out of my vehicle, it has become more of a headache than anything good.
