Tawanda Rozier = Excellent Customer Service Tawanda Rozier has been very helpful and responsive. She is very pleasant to work with, and you can tell she cares about her customers deeply. Customer service like hers is hard to find these days, she's excellent. I highly recommend Monitech, mostly due to the interaction I've had with Tawanda.

It’s been 7 days sitting at the dealership with no response. The dealership said it’s not the first time they have had to deal with this company incompetence. First time Spoke with Tawanda R., Overall this was a positive experience. She was very professional & thorough. I wanted to get info on what I needed to get install and she also advised on Promo for free install so I ended up making an appointment. She explained to me (and sent me text) of how this device works - what not to do to trigger the lock (like food-sugars-turns into alcohol-triggers lockout) things I hadn’t thought about. Process was pleasant and quick, she set up my profile and appointment. Thanks for all your assistance Towanda. Would recommend.

If I could give 0 stars I would If I could give 0 stars I would. The equipment constantly gives false reads in which you have to pay $45 every time to clear. Like how did I fail and seconds later pass but still the $45 is required. Then here I am now needing to go in for the 2 month check and the agent scheduled me for a location that was closed so of course I had to pay $45 again even tho I showed up with no one there. Spoke to another agent same day to avoid my car getting locked again as I do have a job scheduled another appt and of course the car was locked!!! This is completely unacceptable and truly unconstitutional. I will be removing it and going with another company at my next appointment for sure. I have had 2 out of 10 decent experiences with agents all others were remedial.
