The warranty company is legit they went out of the way to make my claim right The only authorized service center near me within 150 mi was not able to get the required parts. I had to do the online claim but they didn't have the part available either for just replacement screen. The warranty company went out of their way to get the issue taken care of though and made it right so I give them five stars for the effort they put despite the system not being perfect they cannot control Samsung not making enough replacement screens.

Great experience from knowledgeable staff The staff was upfront and honest that two repairs may not be covered under a single claim (front screen replacement from faulty pixels, inside screen protector coming off), but they handled everything great and I was able to pick up my device same-day. Great experience from knowledgeable staff.

Terrible and Unprofessional Absolutely, terrible and unprofessional customer service. My refurbished phone, after reading these reviews I have low hopes it will work properly, was sent to the wrong address. Thankfully I caught the issue, but it is unknown whether it will be resolved. I'm disappointed that the company can not contract qualified customer service agents. I will update the review as this process progresses.

The inner phone screen on my zfold 4… The inner phone screen on my Zfold 4 stopped working. I put a claim for a replacement phone and did have to wait days for the phone to arrive. Verizon always sent a phone next day air. So this isn't so great. Did end up receiving the phone. About a month later, the inner screen protector started to peel. They obviously sent me a refurbished or remanufactured phone. I called Servify and they said screen protector isn't covered. Not exactly what I wanted to hear for a phone that's just a month old. They either sent a phone that failed QC or it was a refurbished phone. How does a screen protector on a replacement phone only last a month?? On that note, Servify, stepped up after reading my review and corrected the situation by sending me yet another replacement. We'll see how the protector holds up. I will up the stars to 4 for them having rectified the situation.
