It's great until it's not The process was quick although I will say, the online portion was not user friendly. It was unclear what the hold up was during the initial process. had to call and speak to representative who couldn't help me get past that one page. That delayed things and was very frustrating to me.

Easy process Easy process. The online claim system was easy to go through, costs were transparent and was easy to schedule with a local repair center. Thrilled I bought the Care+ plan.

Excellent Service The person in charge of repairing my phone was excellent. Bryan broke down the time required and why it would take that long and was very professional. He was actually done a bit early and my phone feels and looks like it is brand new.

I did run into a snag in the claims process but the agent was very efficient in helping me through the claims process. You can contact a real human at Samsung when you need extra help which in today's robot world really GREAT!🤗🙂
