Obtaining my trade-in credit was very fast. The only I wish was better was getting a little more for my old device. The estimate was very quick The estimate was very quick, instructions for sending my Apple Watch were easy to follow and digital gift card was posted to my email quickly after receiving and inspecting the watch. It took a little time to get the watch from my location across the country but in general, very satisfied with the process.
