Irritating experience It seems that, This is a company managed by unprofessional,who doesn't care for emotions of the people who opt their services. i am sure that i am not the only one with such horrible experience from this bunch of unprofessional people. They are more concerned about getting money from the customers and not providing service in turn. They actually spoiled my day with there pathetic service which they never provided. there customer care service is useless and there is actually nobody to hear you. I did a big mistake for choosing them as my messenger to deliver my feelings to my loved ones. I will never recommend them to anyone.

Simply Rubbish & money making company Very rubbish service & feel cheated by company.. Ruin our ocassion... When you place order on their website, they never mentioned anything untill you phone them and find out about delivery. Then they come with terms & condition and so many excuses and by the time you do not have any options left to make another arrangement.. I can say in other words its online cheating and suggest everyone not to use this site otherwise you will loose your money...

Never reached on time. And no apology also for not reaching on time. I am unfortunate to write this review as I had ordered two gifts for my wife Order # 144524466512. These gifts was for her Birthday, which was on 24th. Unfortunately one Gift was delivered on 23rd which was not her birth day and another gift was delivered on th. I am sorry to say but I was a returned customer and I was doing gifts transfer from 2009 and stopped in 2011 for similar issue. But even in 2015, I do not see change / improvement in process of this organization. There is major change required in Management and processes, because they never understood customer feelings. And they do not leave any chance to damage your own reputation. I am sorry but this was my last order and will make sure this words will get spread soon.

Very poor customer service and integrity Ordered a gift through them. They immediately debited the money from my debit card but due to some glitch in the system they showed order as incomplete. Frustrating but I can understand things can go wrong. This is where the real issue shows up - I tried to call customer support but no one picked the phone. I dropped them a support email and got a response after a day that they will look into it and refund the money back in couple of days (this was Sept, 04) and till today (Sept, 12th) they have not refunded the money (I checked with my bank) or communicated back to me.

A well deserved appreciation It was my 8 year old niece birthday and i had completely missed it out untill i realised 1 day before the day. Thanks a ton to tajonline who delivered a cake within 14 hrs of placing my order. Post that i sent a nice gift to Hanu. Since then he has only asked for car toys. Thanks guys
