GBThis seems like a fraud company I’m in… This seems like a fraud company I’m in US I placed order for gifts, flowers and cake for my daughter’s birthday yesterday wanted to give her a surprise but these crooks ruined every thing my surprise and her birthday. They did not Deliver any things. It’s not worth spending your dime on this company. Now I hv to file a complaint against them to my Credit Card to get my refund back. I must hv called like 25 times since yesterday but no one is taking calls even their phone seems to be fake. I am really Angry Plz Be Aware of these Chors.

AUdisappointed I am very disappointed with this website..it was a birthdaycake and i ordered on time but cake was not delivered on the day..It was a surprise and we failed coz of this website instead of calling three times it never delivered.can any one help me with their management i realy wanna write an email to them aboit this wonderful service they are giving to cutomers..

GBSimply Rubbish & money making company Very rubbish service & feel cheated by company.. Ruin our ocassion... When you place order on their website, they never mentioned anything untill you phone them and find out about delivery. Then they come with terms & condition and so many excuses and by the time you do not have any options left to make another arrangement.. I can say in other words its online cheating and suggest everyone not to use this site otherwise you will loose your money...

INOnline Cheats! received flowers and fruit basket from andy giani for my aunt this morning. and i mus say i am absolutely disappointed. 1. the fruit was delivered in a really shoddy basket and most of it was rotten. 2.it was delivered by a coolie and no acknowledgement taken 3. the flowers were really cheap and it was a very small bouquet not even close to the image on your website. 4. earlier this morning i saw this package being packed on the roadside in a local market just outside the delivery address really sickening to be cheated by tajonline.com hope you take this seriously and process a refund on priority I have kept the package aside for you to examine pl do so on priority

GBCrappy customer care poor business practices I ordered items online and paid. A day or 2 later I received a garbled phone call telling me they had not the items in stock and they would refund the cost. When my order arrived ( frozen items) 1 bag had burst and was defrosted - the contents in a puddle in the bottom of the freezer transit bag. The other 2 items survived. My money was not refunded. 2 weeks later and following 3 ignored emails I received a reply and they said they would refund that day. A week later still no refund. Several emails ( all ignored bar the last one ) later they said they would refund “x” amount. This was a partial refund not a full refund. This is the worst online company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. They do not answer their emails, phone. Customer care is non existent. I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. USE THIS COMPANY AT YOUR RISK
